Draw Terms & Rules

1. Eligibility: Open to Australian residents 18+. Each qualifying order earns 5 entries. Additional bonus entries are available as described in clause 3.
2. Promotional period: 6 July 2026 – 19 July 2026 ("Entry Period").
3. How to enter (with purchase): Register for the draw via the widget on alkalife.com.au, then place a qualifying order during the Entry Period using the unique discount code provided upon registration. Each qualifying order earns 5 entries automatically. Bonus entries are also available: 2 entries for each friend who registers via your unique referral link, and 1 entry for following ãlkalife on Instagram, as described on the promotion page.
4. How to enter (without purchase): Entry is also available at no cost. To enter without purchase, send your full name, email address, and mailing address to sales@alkalife.com.au, stating "24th Birthday Draw - Free Entry" in the subject line, during the Entry Period. One free entry per person.
5. Prize: A full refund of the winner's qualifying order, paid via the original payment method. Winners may instead elect to receive double the order value as ãlkalife store credit, in lieu of a cash refund. This election must be made within the claim period below.
6. Winners and draw dates: 10 winners total. 5 winners will be drawn on 13 July 2026 from all valid entries received by midnight 12 July 2026. A further 5 winners will be drawn on 20 July 2026 from all valid entries received by midnight 19 July 2026. Winners are selected at random from all valid entries received up to each respective cut-off date.
7. Odds of winning: Odds depend on the total number of valid entries received during the relevant entry window and cannot be calculated in advance.
8. Notification: Winners will be notified by email within 48 hours of each draw.
9. Claim period: Winners must respond within 7 days of notification to claim their prize and elect refund or store credit. Unclaimed prizes will be redrawn from remaining valid entries.
10. Privacy: Winners' first names may be published on ãlkalife's social media channels with their consent. No personal information will be shared without consent beyond what is required to administer the promotion.
11. Discount code conditions: The unique discount code issued upon registration is single-use, non-transferable, and valid only during the Entry Period. The code may not be applied in conjunction with any other offer. ãlkalife reserves the right to void entries where a discount code has been misused or transferred.
